Up for sale is a beautiful hand-carved 22k gold leaf picture frame by renowned master frame maker Shawn Speck. Speck began making frames in his father's studio in Carmel California (his father was the artist Loran Speck). He formed Shawn Speck Picture Frames in San Francisco in 1989. In 2003 Speck moved the operation to Southern California. Speck is considered one of the best frame makers of our time and his frames can be found in museums, private collections, and fine art galleries across the country.
